How we made MediaPlus Digital Malaysia easier for AI assistants to understand and cite, opening a new channel that converts above the site average.
As more buyers ask AI assistants for agency recommendations, we wanted MediaPlus Digital Malaysia to be part of those answers. Between November 2025 and January 2026, GA4 recorded no sessions from AI assistants, and our services were not yet surfacing in AI-generated answers.
We focused on making the site easy for AI tools to understand, trust and cite, and set up tracking so the new channel could be measured from day one.
